Terms of Use

RiceFarm AI is a pre-release decision-support tool for adult managers of irrigated and upland rice farms. By using it, you agree to these terms.

1. Decision support, not a guarantee

Leaf-color estimates, fertilizer calculations, forecast adjustments, alerts, and other outputs are informational. They are not a guarantee of yield, safety, profitability, regulatory compliance, or agronomic suitability. Check product labels, local rules, soil and crop conditions, and qualified local advice before acting.

2. Farm-manager control

You control whether to use a photo scan, save a reading, accept a weather adjustment, or perform a physical Leaf Color Chart check. Physical LCC confirmation is optional, not mandatory. You remain responsible for the final application decision and for the accuracy of information entered into the app.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content, or use the app for crops other than rice while it is scoped to irrigated and upland rice farms.

4. Photos, records, and permissions

You retain responsibility for farm records and photos you supply. You give us the limited permission needed to process those materials and provide the requested feature. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

5. Weather and network services

Forecasts are estimates and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Connectivity, device sensors, camera conditions, external providers, and location accuracy can affect results. Always check present field conditions before an application.

6. Subscriptions

If a paid plan is offered through Google Play, its displayed price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms, and cancellation controls apply. Manage or cancel that subscription through Google Play. Deleting an account does not automatically create a refund for past charges.

7. Pre-release availability

Internal-test features may change, fail, or be withdrawn. We may restrict access to protect farms, users, providers, or the service. Keep independent copies of records needed for farm operations; RiceFarm AI must not be the only record of a consequential application decision.

8. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties that every result will be accurate or uninterrupted. Limocon Tech is not responsible for decisions made without checking field conditions, labels, local requirements, and appropriate professional guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes, termination, and contact

You may stop using the app and request account deletion. We may update these terms and will identify the effective date. If a material change requires consent, we will request it before the change applies. Questions can be sent to support@limocontech.com.
