Terms of Use

RiceFarm AI is a decision-support tool for adult managers of irrigated and upland rice farms. By using it, you agree to these terms.
1. Decision support, not a guarantee
Leaf-color estimates, fertilizer and finance calculations, forecast or terrain context, GODWINN AI outputs, alerts, and other outputs are informational. They are not a guarantee of yield, safety, profitability, regulatory compliance, or agronomic suitability. Check product labels, local rules, soil and crop conditions, and qualified local advice before acting.
2. Farm-manager control
You control whether to use a photo scan, save a six-band reading from 1 to 6, accept timing guidance, or enter a physical Leaf Color Chart reading. Physical LCC confirmation is optional, and a field-scout reading can override the photo estimate. A fertilizer calculation still requires the locally approved inputs, label nitrogen percentage, field context, recent nitrogen history, and your authorized decision. A forecast can pass, caution, or defer timing; it never changes the entered nitrogen dose or performs an application.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content, or use the app for crops other than rice while it is scoped to irrigated and upland rice farms.
4. Photos, records, and permissions
You retain responsibility for farm records and photos you supply. Leaf, receipt, and crop-log photos are kept in the encrypted app-private device vault and are not uploaded automatically. If you deliberately use the Android Sharesheet, you choose the receiving app and recipient. Do not share content you do not have the right or consent to use.
5. Weather and network services
Forecasts are estimates and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Connectivity, device sensors, camera conditions, external providers, and location accuracy can affect results. Always check present field conditions before an application.
6. Subscriptions
If a paid plan is offered through Google Play, its displayed price, billing period, renewal terms, trial terms, and cancellation controls apply. Manage or cancel that subscription through Google Play. Deleting an account does not cancel a Google Play subscription or automatically create a refund for past charges. Free Records may show one non-personalized Google Mobile Ads banner after the applicable privacy flow permits an ad request; trials and paid plans are ad-free.
7. Supplier features
Supplier accounts, catalogs, subscriptions, and document uploads are outside version 1.0 and planned for a separate version 2.0.0 release. No supplier payment or submitted product authorizes a farm action. The current approved physical label and stricter applicable rule prevail.
8. Testing availability
Closed-test features may change, fail, or be withdrawn. We may restrict access to protect farms, users, providers, or the service. Keep independent copies of records needed for farm operations; RiceFarm AI must not be the only record of a consequential application decision.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties that every result will be accurate or uninterrupted. Limocon Tech is not responsible for decisions made without checking field conditions, labels, local requirements, and appropriate professional guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes, termination, and contact
You may stop using the app and request account deletion. We may update these terms and will identify the effective date. If a material change requires consent, we will request it before the change applies. Questions can be sent to support@limocontech.com.
