Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of a RiceFarm AI account and its associated saved application data without reinstalling the app.

Internal-test notice: the app's authenticated deletion control is still a release gate. Until it is present in your test build, use the external request below. A deletion request is not complete until Limocon Tech verifies ownership and confirms completion.

Request deletion from the web

Email support@limocontech.com with the subject RiceFarm AI account deletion request.
Send the request from the email address registered to the RiceFarm AI account.
Include only the account email and, if needed to distinguish it, the farm name. Never include your password or a one-time code.
Complete the ownership-verification step sent by support.

What deletion covers

After verification, deletion removes the RiceFarm AI account and associated application records, including saved irrigated or upland farm details, crop observations, saved leaf-color readings, and application records controlled by RiceFarm AI. The scan feature does not retain the original leaf photo in Limocon Tech cloud storage.

Limited exceptions

We may keep only the minimum record required for a legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security, or legal-claim purpose, and only for as long as that purpose requires. De-identified information may remain only when it cannot reasonably identify a person or reconstruct a farm record.

Subscriptions and local copies

Account deletion does not automatically refund past purchases. Manage or cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play. Remove exported files or other copies you saved outside RiceFarm AI separately. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete an online account.
