Delete your account and data

You can request deletion of a RiceFarm AI account and its associated saved application data without reinstalling the app.

Two request paths: an authenticated account holder can submit a deletion request in the Android app, or use the external email route below when they cannot sign in. The authenticated in-app path is processed by the server automatically. The email path requires ownership verification and a completion notice from Limocon Tech.

Request deletion in the app

Sign in and open the account data and deletion controls.
Select Request deletion and review the affected account and records.
Confirm that you are authorized to submit the irreversible request.
Submit the request. The app signs the account out and the server starts the disclosed 30-day recovery period.

Request deletion from the web

Email support@limocontech.com with the subject RiceFarm AI account deletion request.
Send the request from the email address registered to the RiceFarm AI account.
Include only the account email and, if needed to distinguish it, the farm name. Never include your password or a one-time code.
Complete the ownership-verification step sent by support.

What deletion covers

After verification, deletion removes the RiceFarm AI account and its private synchronized application records. A sole-owner farm workspace and its records are deleted after the recovery period. A shared workspace is transferred to another active member so one person cannot delete collaborators' farm records; the departing account loses access and its retained collaboration lineage is de-identified. Leaf, receipt, and crop-log photos kept in the encrypted app-private device vault are not stored in Limocon Tech cloud storage; remove those device-only copies by clearing the app's device data or uninstalling the app after preserving anything you need.

Recovery period and limited exceptions

Active sessions and future access are revoked promptly after a verified request. Server-side deletion completes after a 30-day recovery period. Encrypted account exports expire after seven days. We may keep only the minimum record required for a legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security, or legal-claim purpose, and only for as long as that purpose requires. De-identified collaboration or safety-audit lineage may remain only when it cannot reasonably identify the deleted person. Daily hosted database backups are expected to age out within seven days after server-side deletion; this backup window does not restore app access.

Subscriptions and local copies

Account deletion does not automatically refund past purchases. Manage or cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play. Remove exported files or other copies you saved outside RiceFarm AI separately. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete an online account.
