Privacy Notice

This notice explains how the pre-release RiceFarm AI Android app and its support pages handle information. Limocon Tech does not sell personal information or use farm records for advertising.
1. Scope
This notice applies to RiceFarm AI accounts, irrigated and upland rice-farm records, leaf-color scanning, weather-aware guidance, subscriptions, and product support. It does not apply to third-party services you use separately.
2. Data and purposes

| Leaf photo and scan result | The selected image is analyzed on the device to estimate a Leaf Color Chart value. The scan feature does not upload or retain the photo in Limocon Tech cloud storage. You decide whether to save the resulting reading. |
| Location and weather | With permission, precise foreground location or a location you select is used to request local forecast data from Open-Meteo and adjust the timing guidance. RiceFarm AI does not use background location tracking. |
| Subscription data | Google Play and RevenueCat may process purchase, product, entitlement, and transaction identifiers to provide and restore paid access. Limocon Tech does not receive full payment-card details. |
| Support and diagnostics | Messages and technical details you choose to provide are used to answer requests, investigate errors, and protect the service. |
3. Leaf-color and fertilizer guidance
A scan produces an estimate, not a laboratory measurement. Physical Leaf Color Chart confirmation is optional. Saved readings, field context, and weather information may be combined to generate an explainable suggestion. We do not use leaf photos or farm records to train a general-purpose AI model.
4. Providers and disclosure
We disclose only the information needed to providers that help operate an enabled feature:
- Supabase for authentication and hosted application records;
- Open-Meteo for forecast requests based on the supplied coordinates;
- Google Play and RevenueCat for subscriptions and entitlements; and
- Vercel for these public product and policy pages.
A provider may process technical data under its own terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
5. Retention and deletion
Account and saved farm records are kept while the account is active and then deleted when a verified account-deletion request is completed, except for a minimal record that must be retained for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, or security purposes. Support messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet those obligations. De-identified information may remain only when it cannot reasonably identify a person or reconstruct a farm record.
Use the account-deletion page to start a request. Removing the app from a device does not by itself delete an online account.
6. Permissions and choices
- Deny camera or photo access and enter an observation manually.
- Deny location access and select or enter a location where the app supports it.
- Decline a physical LCC confirmation; it is never mandatory.
- Manage or cancel a Google Play subscription through Google Play.
- Request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support.
7. Security, children, and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security. RiceFarm AI is intended for adult farm managers and is not directed to children. Providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their safeguards and applicable law.
8. Changes and contact
We will update the effective date when this notice changes and provide additional notice when required. Email privacy or support questions to support@limocontech.com. Do not send passwords, government identifiers, or payment-card details.
