Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply when you create an account, start a trial, buy a subscription, or use ReviewBooster. If you accept for a business, you confirm that you may accept for that business.

The Privacy Notice, Account Deletion page, selected plan, and any applicable data-processing agreement form part of these Terms.

1. What the service does

LIMOCON TECHNOLOGIES provides tools for businesses to invite genuine customers to leave an honest Google review and to manage related first-party feedback. We are not Google and do not promise reviews, ratings, rankings, message delivery, or any business result.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18, use accurate information, keep sign-in details secure, and remove people who no longer need access. You are responsible for your authorized users, business, messages, connected accounts, and payment method.

3. Use the service fairly

Use ReviewBooster only for a genuine completed customer experience and only where you have the required authority, consent, or other lawful basis. Honor opt-outs, use approved senders and channels, protect customer data, and give customers the notices required by law.

You must not:

• ask only happy customers, filter by rating or sentiment, or block anyone from the same neutral opportunity to review;
• pay, reward, pressure, threaten, or require a review, positive rating, edit, or removal;
• send unlawful, unwanted, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or fraudulent messages;
• use a shared device or staff-supervised screen to post a customer review;
• upload sensitive or child data, malware, or content you are not authorized to use; or
• bypass limits, security, provider rules, or country and channel restrictions.

We may block a risky send or suspend access when needed to protect people, the service, or platform compliance. That does not replace your legal responsibilities.

4. Providers and integrations

If you connect Google or another provider, you authorize only the permissions you approve and must follow that provider's rules. Google Maps Places may find a possible business destination from information you provide. You confirm the business identity inside ReviewBooster. Limocon Tech cannot post a customer review, upload a customer's media, or choose a rating for anyone.

A customer may use the optional composer to type a personal draft, capture or select media, and record voice on that customer's device. Photos and videos stay in that session. Audio is sent to OpenAI only when the customer separately consents and requests transcription. Limocon Tech does not retain the audio or returned transcript. The customer must review their own words and independently decide whether to add media or post in Google Maps.

Messaging channels are available only when the relevant country, provider, sender, consent, template, and safety requirements are met. Third-party carrier and sender-registration fees are yours unless your order says otherwise.

5. Data and confidentiality

Merchant content and merchant-held customer records stay in the encrypted local vault controlled by the merchant. A customer composer draft and selected media stay only in that customer device's current session. Limocon Tech does not keep a server copy except for an approved future review-response workspace described in the Privacy Notice.

Each party may use the other's confidential information only to provide or receive the service, protect it reasonably, and share it only with people who need it and must keep it confidential. This does not cover information that is public without breach, already known lawfully, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

6. Plans, payment, and cancellation

Your plan, included limits, variable-cost purchases, billing period, and taxes are shown before purchase. A hard limit stops the affected activity until you explicitly purchase more capacity or change plans. Manage a subscription, cancellation, and refund request in the portal where you subscribed. A third-party store controls its own purchases; Limocon Tech cannot change, cancel, or refund them.

7. Ending use and deleting data

You may stop using the service at any time. Permanent account and organization deletion uses the authenticated self-service controls described on the Account Deletion page. There is no administrator-assisted or email deletion path. We may suspend or end access for security, nonpayment, fraud, unlawful use, provider-policy risk, or a material breach.

8. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, or retire features where needed for security, law, provider rules, or product operation. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and will not silently enable a messaging channel or cross-border data route that has not passed the relevant controls.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” LIMOCON TECHNOLOGIES disclaims implied promises of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. LIMOCON TECHNOLOGIES' total liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for the affected service in the 12 months before the event. These limits do not apply where law does not allow them. You will protect LIMOCON TECHNOLOGIES from third-party claims caused by your data, messages, connected accounts, or unlawful use, except to the extent we caused the claim.
