Delete your account and data

ReviewBooster account deletion is permanent and self-service. Support cannot access your encrypted local vault, perform deletion for you, or restore deleted data.
Delete your user account
- Sign in to the ReviewBooster account you want to delete.
- Open Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete my account.
- Review the impact, reauthenticate, and confirm.
Your sessions end immediately. The app destroys the local-vault key and removes its encrypted files immediately. Minimal remote account data is removed through the self-service route within 30 days. This does not delete an organization that has another owner, its local vault, or other users.
Delete your organization and its data
Only an organization owner can perform this action.
- Sign in and open Settings → Organization → Delete organization and account.
- Review the impact, reauthenticate, enter the organization name, and confirm.
ReviewBooster immediately disables public review funnels, future sends, integrations, active sessions, and future renewals controlled by the service. The app destroys the organization vault and removes its encrypted local files. If the optional review-response workspace is enabled in a future release, its merchant-authored text and merchant-owned media are removed from live server storage within 30 days.
A sole owner must transfer ownership or delete the organization. The service does not silently leave an ownerless organization.
Deletion timeline

Limited records we may keep
Only the minimum record may be retained for a lawful purpose, such as:
- an opt-out record needed to honor that opt-out;
- a tax, invoice, or payment record required by law; or
- a minimal security, fraud, or legal-claim record.
Retained records are access-restricted, kept only as long as needed for that purpose, and cannot restore the vault. Anonymous statistics may remain only when they cannot identify a person or reconstruct customer data.
Billing and exports
Deletion stops future renewals only where ReviewBooster controls the renewal. It does not automatically refund past charges. Manage a Google Play, Apple App Store, or other portal purchase in that same portal. Download any available first-party export before confirming deletion; deleted data cannot be restored.
Customer data and privacy rights
For a merchant's customer data, the merchant is normally the data controller. Customers should contact the merchant first. Do not email an account-deletion request; deletion must use the authenticated self-service control.
