Terms and Conditions

ScamSift is a recommendation-only aid, not a guarantee. It does not intercept, block, filter, or prevent messages, calls, payments, transfers, or losses.
1. Recommendation-only service
The app analyzes text you choose to submit and produces an automated assessment of characteristics commonly associated with fraud. Output is informational only—not advice, a decision, a clearance, or an instruction to pay or click. It can be wrong in either direction. You must independently verify a message, recipient, website, account, and transaction before acting.
2. Subscriptions
Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions sold through the relevant app store. The store controls charges, trials, cancellation, refunds, and renewal. Deleting the app or service data does not cancel a subscription.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create or refine fraud, submit content you have no right to share, automate access, resell access, circumvent limits, or interfere with security.
4. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for purpose, availability, or identification of any particular scam. We do not warrant that it will prevent any loss.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Limocon Tech is not liable for losses caused by reliance on, or a missed, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, harmful, or unavailable assessment. This includes loss of money, cryptocurrency, property, data, profits, business, reputation, opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damage. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or mandatory consumer protections.
5. ScamSift will never request your credentials
ScamSift does not provide phone support and will never call, or send an unsolicited message, asking for a one-time password (OTP), PIN, password, verification code, recovery phrase, bank or card details, or remote access to your device. If someone claiming to represent ScamSift asks for any of these, end the contact, do not disclose anything, and contact us only through support@limocontech.com or another channel you independently verify. We cannot prevent third parties from impersonating us.
6. Contact and claims
If you have a concern, contact support@limocontech.com so we can try to resolve it promptly. This does not limit your legal rights or any applicable deadline for bringing a claim.
7. Governing law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. This does not limit any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you under the laws of your country or region of residence.
