Delete your account and data

You can delete your ScamSift account and linked service data in the app. If you cannot access the app, use the verified email request below.

Delete in the app

1. Open ScamSift and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Delete my data and complete the confirmation.

What is deleted

The deletion flow removes the account and linked installation records, service records, usage data, Circle membership records, associated analysis-output reports, opted-in push subscriptions and Community Signal reports. If you use the app without an account, the in-app deletion removes records for that installation. It does not cancel an app-store subscription; manage subscriptions through the relevant store.

Turn off alerts without deleting your account

When Safety Alerts are available in your app version, open Settings → Scam safety alerts → Turn off safety alerts. This deletes that installation's push subscription without cancelling a subscription or deleting your account.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@limocontech.com. We will verify that the request relates to the correct account using available account or purchase information before processing it.
